摘 要:
ABC转运蛋白(ATP-binding cassette transporters)是一类普遍存在于原核生物和真核生物中的跨膜转运蛋白, 该蛋白家族庞大, 功能多样。拟南芥基因组编码约130种ABC转运蛋白, 它们广泛存在于细胞的质膜、质体、线粒体、液泡、内质网、过氧化物酶体等位置, 在植物激素运输、脂质代谢、外源毒素的解毒、植物抗病等方面都起着关键作用。近年来, 越来越多的ABC转运蛋白被鉴定, 但是大多数转运蛋白的功能仍待确定。本文综述了拟南芥ABC转运蛋白的结构特点、分类以及最新研究进展。关键词:拟南芥; ABC转运蛋白; 激素; 解毒; 功能

Abstract:
ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters are members of one protein family active in the transport of substances across membranes wildely existing in prokaryotes and eukaryotes. They constitute one of the largest protein families with diverse funtions. Arabidopsis thaliana have about 130 kinds of ABC transporters, which are localized in most cellular membranes such as the plasma membrane, plastids, mitochondria, vacuoles, endoplasmic reticulum, peroxisomes, and play a key role in plant hormone transport, lipid metabolism, detoxification processes, disease resistance, etc. In recent years, more and more ABC transporters have been identified, but there are still more transporters need to be determined. In this review, we summarized the structure features, classification and recent research progress of ABC transporters in Arabidopsis thaliana.Key words: Arabidopsis thaliana; ABC transporters; hormones; detoxification; function
